It's an OmniAlert OA4. Tone only version of the 2804/2904 that connects to a Vortex control box minus the rotator relays and whatnot.

The Type I control panel. if it were a 2800 or 2900 it would have had a Type II panel since it only has four cells.
Whatever you do, don't push that big red button

Or a 2700. The way you tell between them is that the 2700 series has gray struts and screening near the center. The 2800 has the screening around the edge.
