In NZ, there is a video of the siren on the roof going off, and it has also been determined at the front of the building above the sign, is the second, single tone siren:

The guy who posted that video insists that there is only one siren, and that the other noise is the siren echoing off the hills. Obviously untrue information. Lmao.
