What their baised opinion is failing to see is that today, sirens are more reliable, espically with the new electronic controlled ones that are activated using the tone system. Granted it would take lots of money to replace the old ones with newer ones, I'm sure they can find some kind of federal funding to do it. But again, they haven't looked into doing such thing.
