Finally got back after a crazy day, but I got to do a siren hunt! Take a look below!

1. Type 2 in Kelly, IA. Right as I was about to pull away, a volunteer fireman came up to see me. He then told be that unfortunately, this siren kicked the bucket 10 years ago, and replaced it with a used T-121. He then told me that he'd contact the chief to see what the fate of this old girl is, and if I could eventually own it.

6. Odd Sentry 15V2T, Boone, IA. Located at the DMACC campus in Boone, she certainly is no 10V2T! Those horns though...what an oddity!

That B series 1003 is killer. Looks like it was phone line activated at one point judging by the coffee can relays on the side of the RCM boxes. Is it just me, or is the chopper tube on backwards? I swear that conduit and square screw should be on the back of the tube.

Here is another B series head for comparison (Credit to Eric L. for the photo)

XD the chopper cap is on backwards. those are some crusty solenoids too :(

I totally did not notice that! Not only missing the solenoid covers, but the cap is on backwards! I can't imagine that would cause harm...those solenoids on the other hand are toast.
