Yes, they're small sirens; possibly a Federal model A, D, or L. I'd guess L, myself.

Seems too small, but it's almost impossible to tell with the 'birdhouse' on it.

I've been to it, and I think I posted photos a while back. Want to say there was no conclusion as to what it was, other than possibly being a Sterling.

Sterling N-5 I think the name is, basically a single-headed M-10
