I'm wondering if the Bullard Siren is individually controlled by the plant it's mounted on, and it is tested independently.

Its not mounted on a plant. Its part of the city system.

I thought it was mounted on a manufacturing facility or something like that. Guess I was mistaken.

That Bullard siren is absolutely fascinating. Is anyone aware of any others like it in existence? Or is this the only one?
sincerely yours, a weird siren obsessed deer 🦌

I believe this is the only one, most Bullard sirens were vertical and omnidirectional (if this one rotates... I have no idea if it does)

Higher power Bullard Signal Masters (Forget their suffix) were the vertical omnidirectional sirens. The Bullards that face one direction like a Sterning N-5 are lower power ones. According to advertisements the omnis can be as much as 15 horsepower if I remember correctly.
