Still don't see anything... All I see is the model 2 but no "unusual siren"

If you would look around a little bit, you would see that its a Darley Champion at the fire department.

I think I found it... It was right in front of me yet.... Whatever. I don't know if it's a Darley but it sure looks like it was heavily modified.

It almost looks like some kind of H.O.R Chopper however it does not look like there's a stator on it.

It's that thing on top of the water tower with the bunch of antennas and whatnot? I'm beyond confused now... There's the possible horizontal modified siren (I have very little idea if it's a siren, I can't attach the screen shot for some reason) I found looking near the fire dept... Truly I'm baffled on this.
