Who originally engineered the tones used on Telegrafia, Hörmann, and SiRcom Sirens?

Just a quick one: If you've listened to videos of these three sirens, you'd notice they all look and sound the same. Who's idea Was it originally, or are they all part of an alliance?

I'm sure one of them created the tone and the others followed suite.

As far as I know, it was Hörmann originally. Of course, manufacturers who followed suit had to make their tones slightly different to avoid any copyright issues.

I think SiRcoms sound a bit different but Pavians, I can’t really tell the difference
