I’ve seen those around Muskegon, Michigan.

Traverse City, Michigan has a few as well. One got wiped out by a car recently, and I originally thought they were sirens too.

I dont think that would be a Darley Model 5, looking from the top cone and how bent it is it looks more like a bent Model 5. Not much different in cores although.

It almost looks like the top cone is produced from the middle louver. I wonder if the housing had a mishap, at some point.
