There's also RamFett's (unsure how their handle is exactly written) Howler, too... Not sure what happened to it too.

As for the 2nd Howler, it was from Macon, GA? I think I heard about it...

Yes, Jeb’s howler was from Macon.

That’s just a Model 5 with the housing blown away by a hurricane IIRC.
Resident of a county with big a mixture of sirens, but in the process of being replaced. :(

That is a Sterling K-5, I took that photo.
It also sounds like a 16-port sterling too.
Radio Receivers: BCD996P2(Pri) and BCD325P2(Sec.) I am 33 and still a Woody Woodpecker fan and Poke fan too.

Had one, also I heard it personally.
I'm not sure, but maybe to boost the sound or something.

Sadly I could not get the howler because the fire chief said that the siren has been there since the town was built and he found out about how rare it was so it disappointing but I know that I can find some other sirens.
