Super Sirex found in Laredo Missouri?

Tue Sep 22, 2020 12:15 am

When hunting on some smaller Missouri towns that did not have locations, I came across two interesting finds. First a Potential Model 1 and then I came across what appears to be a Dual sided supersirex in Laredo Missouri.

Coordinates of the possible model 1 39.92222, -93.47668

That looks more like a Sterling.

Doesn't look like a Super Sirex. Either a Federal Model B or a Sterling M.

I’m sorry to tell you but that appears to be an M-10. Great find though.

I cant tell for sure, I did some superimposing of what looks to be the outline and the rotator area looks like that of a Super Sirex. I might be able to make a field visit to confirm the identity of the siren.

That is actually a Federal Lion. The horns are like that of the lion, and it has the hoods of a Lion. I think that you're "Model 1" is actually a W.S. Darley Model 2.
