You bring up a good point. Firefighters have more important things to do. Only
one person has to make a
quick 30 second call.
Also, use the non emergency number for non emergencies. I had a questions about storing oxyacetylene bottles and got to use my local non emergency number.
Remember, professionals have standards. Be polite be efficient and most importantly respect the time of others.
