There is also a Fedelcode 5 located in Shelby, Montana. I dont know where exactly it is but its on street view.

Here is a quick map I made to help contribute. This is every Fedelcode siren in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon & Washington) taken from my main Pacific Northwest Siren Map.

There is a noticeable group of Fedelcode fire sirens in Washington in Whatcom county used for calling volunteers to the fire stations.

Theres a Model 5/7 at the Parsonsburg Fire Department in Parsonsburg, Maryland.
Another Model 5/7 in Eldred, Pennsylvania, in between Railroad St. and Railroad Ave.
And a Model 2 at the Weekstown Fire Department in Weekstown, New Jersey.
