Okay, I found some more information and a few new locations about the music sirens.

New Information
Starting off, there were 197 music sirens in Japan, including Generation 1 and 2 sirens. 2 sirens are across seas in Taiwan and another in the Philippines.
It also turns out that the Iga City Hall music siren was installed in 1984... meaning that the siren is actually still pretty new.

I have some information about the sirens and how many sirens are located at what locations.
Generation 1 sirens
Municipality offices: 64 sirens (Iga Ueno City Hall, Ueno Chamber of Commence and Industry, Mazayaki City Hall)
Factories: 45 sirens (excluding YAMAHA)
Stores: 27 sirens (Marumitsu Department Store Sendai, TOKIWA Main Store
Schools: 25 sirens (Mazayaki University)
Bank-related: 19 sirens (Tajimi Shinkin Bank)
Other: 4 sirens (Taiwan, Philippines)

Generation 2 sirens
Municipal Offices: 6 sirens (Okayama Prefectural Office, Kishiwada City Hall)
Factories: 2 (YAMAHA)
Schools: 3 (Yawatahama, Tenri Pool*2 units*)
Other: 1 (Uwajima Castle)

Ueno Chamber of Commence and Industry siren
Only a short walk from the city hall to this siren, the siren contains only 4 tones and was installed BEFORE the city hall installed their siren.
I believe this siren was installed to play the Westminster chimes, considering the song only contains 4 notes.
Image

Himeji Chamber of Commence siren
Unfortunately, no close-up photo of the siren, and the building seems to be have been removed or redone.
3 times a day at 7 AM, 1 PM and 10 PM, the siren plays "Home Road" by Dvorak.

Ogamiyama Park siren
In the mountains surrounding Amami city (formerly Naze City), a siren once stood. Unfortunately, the electricity supplied to the island was not enough for the siren to operate properly. At times, the rotors would stop spinning entirely or fail to activate. The siren would play the last song in 1969.
The siren would play Blowing Spring Breeze at 6 AM, Home! Sweet Home! at 12 PM, Home Road at 5 PM and Brahms Lullaby at 10 PM.
Image

Mizayaki Sirens
There were 2 sirens in the city. One was located within the city and the other at the Mazayaki University(the first unit ever sold and shipped).
Unfortunately none of the sirens had a close-up picture.

Sapporo City Hall siren
Somewhere in town sits or once sat a music siren, playing music to the locals. Yet again, no close-up photos.

Tokushima sirens
There are 2 articles that cover 2 sirens...
One siren is or was located atop the City Hall, the other siren on a store named "Marushin".
There is a third page where someone asked about the music in the city, in which I have no idea if this is the same siren or there's two sirens.

That's just a short bit of information I wanted to add. Just a good... 176 more sirens to locate. We have made a dent in the siren count.
Thanks so much! I will add this all to my original article soon. Do you have sources for your information as I could only find photos of these 2 locations? I also have what I believe is a photo of the control panel & keyboard for the siren in Ueno.

Any clue as to why the dampers cycle on the generation 2 sirens before they play? I'm wondering if it's to clear the stators of any debris before the siren starts up. I don't think these units are smart enough to detect blockages before starting.

The dampeners cycle because the pneumatic lines need to be filled with air. The electrical box you see on the siren is not actually the siren controller but contains the solenoids to control the air going to the pneumatic actuators. The pressure from the compressor needs to make it through the air manifold (above the compressor in the next photo) and to the solenoids. I would also imagine its to help break possable ice on the dampeners when its cold (I know there is a cover but stuff could still get in. Even just the humidity in the air touching the metal and freezing a little could cause problems.)

The compressor runs for a bit before the siren activates if the siren needs pressure. You can hear the compressor running in this video. It looks like at one point the compressor might have died and they had to put a new one in. You can see the tank under the siren which is not standard.

The air compressor is visible in this photo in the bottom corner of the siren closest to the camera.

I just listened to the first recording of the big playlist - the sound reminds me of a reed instrument like an accordion. Maybe I'll 3D print one of these and make a MIDI interface for it 8-)

I actually modeled the Generation 2 siren in (I plan to finish it by making it functional soon and release it to the Siren Testing Place on Roblox). I had the exact idea you had about making a 3D Printed Generation 1 music siren. I was going to try to do one with 4 notes like the Ueno music siren and if I could get that to work, I would make the full thing. Planned to use an Arduino along with a relay board to control and some electromagnetic actuators for the electrical. The Arduino would of course become a USB MIDI device. I haven't got around to it though but would make it all open source if I do along with creating documentation.

I'm probably vaguely drifting away from the topic, but still, very nice job on that model! I like all of the fine detailing of the belts, motor and choppers/stators and how it actually looks/"feels" like the real thing compared to 99% of other siren-related models on there I've seen.

Nice model there. I made one too, but it's worse in quality, I didn't script the dampers and the songs are just MIDI... Regardless, super excited!
Also, how the heck do people whip up these ultra-realistic sirens so quickly???

Thank You! This is vital to me adding the information to the Article (Which I did last night). I went and verified what you said and it all looks correct. Like I said before, I knew about these sirens because there were photos but never had any information to actually allow me to add them to the article. I noticed I had a higher quality photo of the Ogamiyama Park Generation 1 Music Siren then the one you sent.

To everyone else looking at this thread. I'm still updating the Original Article on the first page of this thread. At this point in time, I have made 26 edit publications. If anyone has any information, please share!

It's not me who deserves the thanking here... thank YOU for creating this article! I wouldn't have known about these sirens had it not been for you! I appreciate the dedication and effort you put into your article... and 6 months is just... that's longer than I would research for. Truly, from me, and I'm sure everyone else, thank you.

I actually managed to translate a picture from the music siren report that basically explains where sirens are located... though it doesn't make much sense.
Unfortunately, nothing much about the Generation 2 sirens, but we only have 5 more until we have located all of them... then we just have to worry on the Generation 1 sirens...
Anyway, this might just be the small but major adjustment to crack the code.

I found another picture of the Iga music siren... by searching up images for the Omuta siren??
Behind the siren is the mayor of Iga.

Wow! This is another great find! I added it to the article. Do you have a source article or something or was it just an image? (I like to keep the sources at the end of the article correct)

I did, but I lost it. I'll see if I can find it.
EDIT literally a few minutes after:
I found it! The article is at the bottom of the page.
