Raytec sirens? (Update: confirmed to exist, more info still needed)

So recently, a friend of mine found this document detailing the planning for the outdoor warning system for the Columbia Generating Station: https://www.nrc.gov/docs/ML2004/ML20040D343.pdf
In the end they contacted with Whelen and got WS-xxxx sirens, which were later removed and replaced with WPS-2800s. However, in the document on page 12, there is a section about the sound attenuation measurements they were doing, and it says they used a “Raytec Corporation electronic,122 db(c) at 100 feet, rotating type” siren. I can barely find anything on the name Raytec alone, let alone sirens by them. Would anyone have any more info on these supposed Raytec rotational sirens, or know where to find info?

All the signs seem to be pointing to them being owned by Fluke now. Hopefully more info will surface. It’s certainly a very unique design , I have never seen a diffraction horn type siren with a rotator.

That looks like it was a precursor to Alerting Solutions' rotating HA sirens (pictured below) but only omnidirectional HA sirens still exist

WOAH! That's the first time I've seen one of those things! Looks like ATI made a WS-2000-R.
Also, that Raytek array looks very interesting... would love to see it in action, although they're probably all gone now. Wonder if that oscillates like a Whelen or if it does a full 360.

I doubt there are any rotating ASI sirens existing, and that photo looks very much edited. There are omnidirectional units still active though.

as for the Rayteks, there probably isn't much of a chance of those existing either especially due to its primitive design

This explains why the horns of the Raytek siren look like the horns of the HLS-273 siren. This is like a rotating variant of the Hormann ECL sirens.
