No, Hörmann GmbH does not own or have anything to do with the current American Signal Corporation. Unfortunately, you have misunderstood my question, what I've tried to say is, is American signal Corporation independent from Hörmann GmbH now? Also, your information on ACA is flawed, ACA did not die out completely before American Signal Corporation happened. American signal Corporation is the predecessor of ACA. Jim Biersach was forced to sell ACA after it had gone bankrupt to Hörmann GmbH. However, my question still stands... Does Hörmann GmbH still own American Signal Corporation?
