I highly doubt that this is a full CLM siren. The Dodge Monaco car is from the film The Blues Brothers, in which the 'siren' atop the vehicle is actually meant to be a public address speaker, the design of which was taken from the CLM siren. Given the expense and relative rarity of this siren, it is highly unlikely that the person who created the replica of this iconic film car bought and modified a real siren. I'm not saying that it 100% isn't a CLM, it is just very unlikely as far as I'm concerned.
