Mystery siren in Weldon, IL

I was looking around for mystery sirens for my mystery siren map, and I wanted to see where the siren was, so I looked around the buildings for some. The city hall had a link, and it brought me to their page. It has a photo in it of the water tower, and it looks like there is a siren on it. I think it looks kind of like a rusty EOWS 1212?

It might be? however in the picture, it looks like the transformers are way to far off the pole. If it's not on the water tower, then it must be somewhere else. I just noticed that the supposed siren is kind of floating off the support beam? All I know is that there is a mystery siren in Weldon, and I guess it's not there.

There isn't a lot of streetview for the village, but it's also difficult to find anything with Google Earth's historical map as well. The quality worsens the older you go making it difficult to find anything remotely a siren.

It's a transformer bank, more than likely for the town well. One thing you can try doing is googling the town and looking at the pictures that pop up. I do that occasionally when I'm working on the Nebraska map and I occasionally get success. Searching the town for photos on facebook may help as well.

Confirmed transformer bank. The town of Weldon has one T-128 and a different mystery siren near the village hall.
