I recently went to this siren for the noon test. Sadly, i was too far to hear anything as i know its damper is stuck. Is it still active? I know it's still there, as from the angle I was at from Jefferson Highway, i could see it.

I would contact whoever owns the siren (building owner, city, etc.) and ask them if they would know whether or not it was active. I did the same for a siren near me to find out it was inactive.
