Rockland County NY
Holidays at noon
Short blast
This test is run by only a single fire station: The Stony Point FD. none of the other stations in the area test
Just for clarity, could you provide the specific holidays?
Yes, just federal holidays. Also, I don't know if it's weather permitting or tests no matter what.
Can you also just put my username in the credits?

Ontario:

Bridgen: Monday @ 7:00 PM (NWP)
Chippawa: Tuesday @ 7:30 PM (NWP)
Courtright: Monday @ 7:00 PM (NWP)
Corunna: Monday @ 7:00 PM (NWP)
Elmira: Saturday @ 12:00 PM (NWP), Friday @ 12:00 PM (NWP)
Exeter: 1st Wednesday & 3rd Thursday @ 6:30 PM-7:00 PM
Point Edward: Monday @ 12:30 PM (NWP)
Port Lambton: Monday @ 7:00 PM (NWP)
Sarnia: Monday @ 12:30 PM (NWP)
Scarborough: Every 4-5 months @ ~5:00 PM
Seaforth: Saturday @ 12:00 PM-12:15 PM (NWP)
Sebringville: Wednesday @ 6:00 PM (NWP)
St. Jacobs: Monday (Bi-weekly) @ 6:25 PM-8:00 PM (NWP)
West Monkton: 1st Saturday @ 10:00 AM
Wilkesport: Monday @ 7:00 PM (NWP)
Woolwich: Monday (Bi-weekly) @ 6:25 PM-8:00 PM (NWP)

Correction...
Lambton County:
Brigden - Mondays at 7 pm
Courtright - Mondays at 7 pm
Wilkesport - Mondays at 7 pm
Corunna - Mondays at 7 pm
Port Lambton - Wednesdays at 7 pm
Point Edward is counted as Sarnia since its all one system of ATI's.

Woolwich Township:
St. Jacobs and Breslau - Bi-weekly Mondays between 6:20 PM and 8 PM (Very unpredictable when they test)
Elmira - Saturdays at Noon (12 PM) not Friday at Noon
I was made aware that Elmira supposedly had 2 Model 2s which go on Fridays, which is why that schedule is listed. Everything else has been updated, thank you

They do not have 2 model 2s. I was unsure if they had them or not but it is a random plant alarm not model 2s. Also Breslau and St. Jacobs is low success rate. St. Jacobs is none at all basically... Also I believe its not CVECO anymore its Lambton BASES - https://www.lambtonbases.ca/caer/

These are the testing times for the main counties of Michigan:

All these counties test on the first Saturday of the month at 1:00 PM! (unless says otherwise)

Ingham:
all year (High success)

Eaton:
all year (High success)

Oakland:
March - Nov. (unknown)

Washtenaw:
March - Oct. (unknown)

Jackson:
all year (high success)

Wayne:
all year (high success)

Macomb:
all year (unknown)

Kent:
April - Oct. - 12:00 PM (high success)

Kalamazoo:
April - Sep. (unknown)

Calhoun:
all year (unknown)

Bay:
First Wednesday of every month at 1:00 PM & 7:00 PM (high success)

Saginaw:
First Wednesday of every month at 12:00 PM (high success)

Grand Traverse:
uses CodeRED (Some towns may sill test sirens)

That's all of the mostly populated counties in Michigan.

It's safe to say that the rest of the counties will test on the first Saturday of the month around 1:00 PM, with a low success probability to be safe.

Here’s some from the UK:
Manchester’s FS 2001: Every Wednesday at 4:30 PM
MOD Longtown’s sirens: Every Wednesday at 9:30 AM
Chapelcross Power Station’s siren (and smaller indoor sirens): First Thursday of every month, however the times differ depending on the month: 10:00 AM in January, April, July and October, and 17:30 AM in February, March, May, June, August, September, November and December.

There are other regular siren tests in the UK, but these are the ones I remember off the top of my head. Other people will probably be able to fill in the gaps.

Here's a list for Kentucky. Not all of the info may be correct or up to date since all I did was look at EMA's FB pages and occasionally old forum posts.
