To those who are old enough, does anyone remember the type of sirens that used to be part of the Miami-Dade Waterplant (around 87th and Sunset)? Today it's called the Alexander Orr Water Treatment plant but I remember years ago there used to be a sirens along Galloway road in the 80s/90s near that facility. I thought there might have been a white T-Bolt years ago that sat on top of the facility defunct in the 2000s but I'm curious if anyone actually remembers the type of siren that used to be in that area. You could hear it a mile away in the neighborhoods very clearly and figured maybe somebody could give me answer.
Thanks!
