Sorry for being pedantic here but that's a Constructions Électriques du Nord "Gearbox" (specifically a Mark 1, 10 port) siren... And no, it's not a vintage photo either.

Winter Park Florida Denver Duplex siren barley visible on the tower to the left of the city hall building.

Here's some more vintage siren photos from New South Wales, Australia. Annotated photos and list provided:

1. Grifco 888 at the RFS in Currarong, captured in 1983. Replaced by a GEC 2hp since which was removed within the last 5-6 years. (Via RFS website)
2. Grifco 777 at Wyee, captured in 1969. This one was removed before the new station was built sometime after 2017. (Via Wyee RFS Facebook)
3. Grifco 888 at East Maitland, captured in 1930. Removed within the last few years
4. BGE 12/14 at Schofields, captured at an unknown year provided by Riverstone Museum website.
5. Another BGE at Riverstone Meatworks, removed sometime after the building was burnt down and preserved at the local Museum. (Via Riverstone Museum website)

This is proof its acutally dekalbs hurricane, The buildings are the exact same and the building structure is the same. And same views

And the night time picture has the hurricane in the middle of the screen and this is the same exact location from the pic, the tall white building in the background and in the same position, the entrance structure is the same as the night pic one, the window pattern is the same from that pic to now. The night time picture, u can see the hurricane in the middle of the screen and the football one, you can see the other hall in the image which got demolished but directly pointing at the siren. And it has the same bulding scructure so thats proof its the dekalb hurricane. And also the white lines are pointng where the camers angle was taken at and it looks to be on some sort of plant by the hall

Someone has already found its location, apparently it was in Miami? But this is intriguing evidence tho.
