CD stickers

Wed Jun 28, 2006 2:49 am

Hey does anyone know where I can get some stickers with the classic CD logo on it? ( outdoor weather resistant stickers) I have a 5TT in fresh CD yellow and would like to add some CD stickers to it like the way it should be for that model =)

You might want to try searching on eBay. To the best of my knowledge, there is no CD sticker on eBay at the moment, but there have been many before.

eBay would be your best bet but if all else fails you can make your own. Here is a CD logo Blasty made a couple of years ago. It's huge, so you can scale it down and you won't lose the quality.

the logo is good except the letters are way too thick.

Sentry still makes them. They've sent me a few of them over the years. They are vinyl ant arent as high quality as the original ones are, but they are brand new CD stickers so you cant complain!

There are several vendors that offer CD decals. Type in "Civil Defense
decals" in a search engine, such as Google and several decal vendors
should come up. Go into the vendors websites and you should find
CD decals. Depending on the vendor, they come in different sizes.

Here we have stickers on some sirens which are a variant on the Civil Defense logo. Sedgwick County called it CP or "Civil Preparedness".

Sentry printed up a batch of them once about 4 or 5 years ago from an image that Adam sent them. I think I got the last of them. They only had about 4 or 5 left when I got those. Maybe they printed more after those that I got. They were vinyl but they were good quality stickers. I've had a 3 inch Sentry printed sticker on my truck for 3 years now and it might have barely faded. The last 6 inch Sentry printed stickers I had went on the Reagan Museum Thunderbolt horn.
Dad, what does that CD mean on that big yellow horn? Well son, I believe it stands for Cyclone Device......
