It looks like that aweful Federal Electronic Rotating siren. I think I saw some in eastern SD.
If it ain't made in America it shouldn't be here!

I just added a pic of our Altec Giant Voice console that was in our former EOC. The picture was taken when the system was decomissioned in June of 1996.
