Very high pitched TBolt and other sirens in Jackson, MS

The other Thunderbolt still has a broken rotator, and it's sounding at a lower pitch than it did in this guy's last siren video. The high pitched one sounds almost just like the one in Hawaii. There's also a single tone siren in the video that sounds like a high pitch 2001, but the YouTube poster says that all of the sirens near him are Thunderbolts.

I dont like that high pitched sound. It didnt look like the wind was blowing to hard?

I really couldn't hear the low tone T-bolt over the narrator's constant jabbering.
