sorta sounds like a low pitched thunderbolt.

Whatever it is, it definetly sounds like a Carter or a similar type 8)

It is probably a Kheraj siren. They are very similar to WWII British sirens.

That is a Carter type definately.
But it does sound slightly raspy to UK models.

Great sound , STRANGE video ? Perfect to use on New Years Eve
with the old University Sound 21" Speakers model PH or LH
and ID-40-T drivers that
now I wish I never sold 30 + years ago. :?
