I went out to film the usual siren test that Minnesota does on the first Wednesday of every month at 1:00 PM. The test came about 10 minutes late as usual, but only the sirens on the north side of town sounded, which would only be 2 of 7 Sirens! In the video you can hear the other 2 sirens going off. I gave it 20 minutes but it never sounded.
