Single Tone Banshee in Alert

Has more of a dual tone sound to me...and I was surprised they only tested for 45 secs. I am hoping to record a Dual tone Banshee the first Monday of August.

Definitely a single tone. I had no idea Banshee's came in anything other than 9/12 configurations.

You're going to own an actual Banshee siren? Lucky you, I hope to get one for my father someday, since they kind of look like two cowboy hats stuck together.

No, no. I mean, videotape a dual tone Banshee.

Sounds kind of like a single tone Sentry.

REALLY cool video!

I wonder if that's an ASC OM120. There used to be a video of one in Brookfield, WI but the user took it down. I thought genereally those were single tone P15's and looked like Banshees

I've heard that there were single tone Banshees, but this is the first one I've actually heard. It sounds just like an 8 port Sentry.

Archon used to have a video of an OM-120 on YouTube, but it's no longer available to view. He said that all of his videos would be back on YouTube after he reuploaded them and put a copyright on them. The OM-120 sounds a lot different than this Banshee. I think it has 9 ports, and it sounds a whole lot like an RM-130. This Banshee sounds like it has 8 ports. Great video of a rare version of this siren!

The banshee has 8 port but it sounds different because this is a 3 phase induction motor on it. The OM-120 has 8 ports and sounds different because It is using a DC motor

The OM-120 video is back
