How a UK Storm warning could be?

Hi all,

I always wished that UK would use Sirens for Storm Warnings and Tornadoes etc...
Well...this video I found on youtube kind of hints on how it could look!
The clouds look like alot of video's I have seen of American video's. The Sirens are sounding, but the storm is nearby.
What you think?

Reminds me of spring in Kansas! Not to bad of a video, what was the siren actually going off for? I think I hear two.
