My Sentry F-2

Just thought I would post some pictures of my Sentry F-2. I found this siren pretty cheap and it is virtually brand new. I've posted a video of it in the Audio/Video forum if you are curious what it sounds like.

Is it me or does the siren look similar to the model A in a ways?

It may look like a Model A but it has nothing in common with a model A. The rotor is much larger and deeper, it has more ports than a Model A, and a bigger motor.

The F-2 recently received Grade A Shock Approval, allowing its use on all US Navy Guided Missile Destroyers !!!

That I find quite impressive. The F-2 should easily stand up to daily life in the possession of someone keeping it in good shape. An excellent siren to have indeed!
