Whoops! My bad...I wasn't sure if the FS 2001 was available in 1991, but I heard rotation and Thunderbeam didn't come to mind! It does have the windup of an RSH-10 though come to think of it.

I'm pretty sure I can hear both a dual-toned TBolt and a 2/3T22 in there. You can hear the 2/3T22 running with the RSH10 and at about 30 seconds you can hear a TBolt winding down.

Edit: I did a little research and I found a pic of the Grant County Courthouse in Ulysses and look what's on top...

You might be able to see the siren too. You can see the side of a house to the left of the tornado and just above the right garage door is what looks like a TBeam. I have a couple tornado videos at home with this particular tornado on them and oyu can see it a little more clearly.

This sounds alot like Bourbonnais' system since it seems like they have the same sirens that Ulysses does; a TBolt 1003, 2 3T22s, 2 TBeam RSH10s, and an STH10.
