I'm guessing not, because there are a lot of places in GA, especially in the middle of the state, which don't have them. Holler would probably know for sure.

This is a storm chase video in Northern Alabama on 4/10/2009. Whelen WPS 28** is heard in Hartselle, AL at 1:30. Sirens are heard again around 8:45 in Blountsville, Al. I think blount county has a system of whelens but I'm not 100% on what siren is heard there.
