1940's FederalCode Model 2 Rebuilt UPDATE!!

Here is the 1940's FederalCode Model 2 240Volt Rebuilt. All I am waiting for now is Brushes I have to have them made. Than I will try it.

Thanks for your nice photo.
Can we view looking down at 45 degrees and up at 45 degrees?

Does that rotor also pull air up from below, cooling the motor?

Can you just get close brushes and file them down to fit the brush channels?

This is the test video I ran it at 120volts to make sure everything was right and brushes set. Full run up on 240V by Weekend's end.

Not too sure about the Fedelcodes, but the normal model 2 obviously pulls air in from both sides. The fedelcode 2 is much, much older than the thunderbolt if i remember rightly, but due to the 3 rings i'm pretty sure it pulls it in from the bottom as well.

It's the same as a regular model 2.
