This is definetly in Texas, but I know New York also uses those registration stickers on the windshield.

Perhaps I should contact the guy that runs this website and ask him about it. Seems I'm not the only storm spotter that runs a privately owned siren..mind the fact that mine has no weather monitoring equipment all over it :wink:
