Well, I have come across a small recording of the sirens doing both signals, this has both wind-ups too! (I missed the first wind-up, on my video)

Is it me, or does it sound very similar to the 3T22 hi-lo? Just longer pauses between the signals?

Dan.

It kinda does and it also sounds sort of like an STH10 in the beginning of the wind-up

There is something strange with the second sound clip. It sorta sounds like a 3t22 when it reaches "full" power. However, the xt22 series has a very fast startup and reach full sounding power in a matter of a second. Either this isn't a true 3t22, it is getting a lack of power, or is broken.

That Klaxon CS has a strange timing interval on the high-low signal. I wonder why they chose to have such a slow signal interval?

Sounds like a 3t22 with a worn out motor and a slower *Hi-lo* timer
