It's an ATI. Sorry, but with a busy time, I did not see the video until just now. The sounds are awful, though, unfortunately, efficient.

The ATI company builds them. The ATI-built models have the company name in their model-names. "ATI" stands for "Acoustic Technology Incorporated."

Wait a minute is this the same ATI that made graphic chips/cards and also sound cards for PCs?

I think that they must have used very similar sound cards for their public-warning sirens. As their name sounds, they are of more than just public-warning sirens.

I'm wrong there's a company with the same name that makes AMD chipsets for computers.
