I found a video on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGPyOSK2 ... ed&search= and I don't know what the sirens are. It was filmed in Springfield, Missouri.

The second one is in Kansas City, MO ...they have all 2001s...notice how when the power goes out the sirens stay on!
