Are you sure it's that and not a WPS-3016?
Resident of a county with big a mixture of sirens, but in the process of being replaced. :(

I was guessing it was a 4008.

But now that i have looked up what the wps-3016 looks like an compared it to the picture i took.

I'd have to agree that it is a WPS-3016.
