I have not heard of anywhere having them yet. BTW there are no warning signs at the top of the stairs. No one is allowed out there but authorized personell. Besides if you work anywhere in the county building you usually can here it on test day.

I'd think OSHA would require a warning.
I'd still want to get close up and see it.

OSHA would require a lock-out and tag out before getting that close, by 29 CFR 1910.147.
