Modulator In Alternate Wail For Hurricane Warning

One of my favorite tones from the EOWS/Mod series Alternate wail, kudos to the person that recorded this!

From the first video it sounds like the recording's loop is kinda messed up.

Then the camera man turned to look at the clouds reminded me of that one video of the Sheldon Park 612.

Alternating Wail is for sure my favourite electronic siren tone. Just so eerie - especially in real storm warnings - like if you look up the few vids of Chicago, with a tornado warning, and their Mods going off. It does sound as if their playback or whatever is a bit messed up - like in the middle, it has a skip, or something.

I, too, had been wondering at work all weekend if they used sirens for hurricanes - wasnt sure, since they evacuated some areas days in advance. Figured they'd have no need for sirens once Irene hit, because most (if not all) people would be gone.
