So is that Modulator used for severe weather, is it some kind of alarm for the pump station, or both? It looks like the Mod might be wired up to the pump station equipment.

If my eye do not deceive me, it appears to be wired to that box on the far right as well as wirelessly controlled.

The Modulator is used for Mount Rainier, Fife is highly capable for lahars!
