I think Garland, Texas' system lasted only 3 years or so.

Nashville's ATIs(the non rotating kind) were taken out of service after 10 years of use.

The city now has system of Federal Eclipse and 508 sirens.

I wouldn't doubt they use the same drivers as their non-rotating counterparts.
