The cells look pretty beat up, not completely un-fixable. The drivers are most likely intact, at least I would think so. Then again, there is always water damage...

It could be used (given it works) untill they get more or have it repaired. In the event they need to use the sirens again.

Well I drove by the 2T22 on 4th near Telephone and it was still standing strong. Hopefully that other one was the only damaged 2T22 because those are pretty much not replaceable.

There was a tornado warning yesterday which prompted the city of Moore to activate the sirens, although there was an all clear about 15 minutes later. Wonder if any of the damaged sirens actually worked during it...

With a system that dense and a tornado that large, I guess it's no surprise that 1/4 of the sirens were touched by the tornado.
Slightly off topic, but I'm wondering if the crappiness of the Mods depends on the controller; MCP vs UltraVoice. In the popular video taken on the south side of Southmoore High School, you can very clearly hear the single-toned Mod just to the south at Oakridge Elementary School but hardly hear the dual-toned Mod right across the street from the high school.
It looks like the dual-toned Mod uses the MCP and the single-toned Mod uses the UltraVoice. One difference between the two controllers is the MCP uses a soft sine-wave tone while the UltraVoice uses a sharper square-wave tone. Would this make much a difference in effectiveness?

If they decide to replace the heavily damaged/destroyed ones, Will they be replaced with Federals?

I am shocked to see that the 2T22 is not in pieces besides the horns being gone. Wonder how bad the rotors/stators or motor are damanged?
