The best person to get to answer here would be Eric, maybe he will chime in at some point he knows a good bit about that system.

Yep. They had ATIs that predated the Kingstar-type speakers they use today. They used the same speaker array as the Federal DSA (unsure if Federal and ATI sourced from the same 3rd party or if ATI bought them off Federal).
