Thunderbeam question

The question was "Was there ever an RSL-10?" Mixerbd699 replied by saying the STL was discontinued before the idea of the Thunderbeam became a reality. Make sense now?

OT: I'm curious if the 2001 shown in the patent was actually available at some time. If it was, were there any installed? If there were some installed, where are they?

Ok, I see, I know right! I am curious to see what these sound like, or if they just sound like the RSH-10 Thunderbeam.

The "RSH-2001" as I have dubbed it may have been an idea Federal tossed around for the 2001. There are other interesting things in the set of 5 patents.

Both of the Thunderbeam-like ideas could have worked well. The 2001 horn facing down outputs 127 db by itself. The disc could have added another 5 to 10 db. (STH rates 113, RSH rates 123. That's where the db came from) The other idea is basically the 90 degree Beam reflection idea but it is a true omnidirectional. Federal had some creative minds back then, that's for sure.

I wish I was that lucky. all I had to do for that was slaton mystery siren and boom found it, ive been searching for the t beam for the last half hour

I have a big gut feeling we might find it in the middle of Mystery sirens. I'll try to find it too.

No, that is the one I own now. It is a regular Thunderbeam.
