As Archon has stated many times the 500 was a donation to the city back in 1959. This was placed on the FD at the time and replaced a Decot (one of the first two Decots built). They will use the 500 until she dies. The Thunderbolt was purchased around 1963 and was located on a bank downtown (one of three fallout shelters designated that year). In 1971 they built a new City Hall/FD and both sirens were placed on the hose drying tower. The 1003 was obviously purchased for CD reasons, which leaves the very interesting question of why it was a 1003 they purchased as they already had a fire siren. It is thought that the 3T22s were purchased in either the 70s or 80s sometime. Again not too sure why they went with 3Ts instead of 2Ts. (Just a neat bit of history to be shared :p sorry for straying from the topic)
