Very good photos! I have visited the Diefenbunker once when I was on my way to get my larger CLM from Renfrew ON. The Omni-Directional CLM is one of I believe three styles of sirens they made. It has a 3HP single phase motor and they were heavily used throughout Canada during the Cold War.

Thank you, sir! I watched your video(s) from the Diefenbunker... That's where I got my idea to make a little pit stop my family's little vacation to Ottawa. They say all three of their sirens are on loan from the Canadian War Museum!

"Ours are ‘Federal’ types, 10 HP motors, and two are rotating horn types and one is static. We have three in total at the bunker and they are all on long-term loan from the Canadian War Museum. I believe they came from the Hawkesbury area."
