Sat for 15 years, those are some good batteries or they've been changing them out.

The ones in Idaho Falls are the city's, none of the counties out here have a siren system. They're mostly fire department sirens, or in the unusual case of Idaho Falls and Ammon, the city. What did you use for a source on those sirens? You're missing at least the Model 2 in Iona, possibly more. Oh, and the 3016 isn't exactly pole mounted. The pole itself is on top of the building. Oh, and you might want to move the 2020 on Station 2's pointer to the north end of the building.
