Actually, not even close. The STH/L sirens have larger rotors than the 2T22, and a 7/12 sounds nothing like a 10/12. The old catalog photos showed the 2T22 with a 7/12 setup, but these were never actually built.

STH-10 has a 22 inch rotor
STL-10 has a 24 inch rotor
xt22 has two 14 inch rotors.

Fairly big size difference.

I see a Thunderbolt and a STL-10 in the background. The Bolt is to the left of the STL. You can see the top of the horn.
