That's what one video showed of a system being tested in Thailand. After an alert tone, they repeated the voice message in Thai, English, German, and Mandarin. If you're a German or Chinese tourist, you'll be dead before they get to your language. It's more efficient to stick with a simple siren tone and have signs or brochures in tourist areas that tell what the sound means and what they should do.C. Mod. I hope, can be pre programmed for several languages after
the ALERT signal . English , Spanish , for shure, _ Tagalog and some
other Asian language will be necessary for Los Angeles and Long Beach.
